Awesome place to workout. Quite, no loud music. And has the latest equipment.

This is one of the best fitness places ive been a member at. They have so many options including an indoor climbing wall. The bathrooms are also nice and clean. They even offer child care if you need it. I also appreciate how friendly the staff are. Many people aren’t aware but in the back they have racket ball quarts.

I love working out here. It's the best in the area with a staff that are very friendly and helpful. They have two pools, sauna bath, steam rooms with ice bath and a hot tub/spa. All for a very reasonable monthly fee. If you are near, just come in and take a look.

The wellness center is great! It offers many different types of exercise. The gym has plenty of equipment. The two pools meet both the need for lap swimming and also make it easier for families to enjoy the water together. The swim lessons are great. My kids are enjoying the classes. The rock climbing wall is only open from 5-9 pm. My kids are looking forward to trying it out. The wellness center offers more classes and sports activities, but I haven't tried them out yet. I am happy to be able to visit this facility while we are in the area.
